ALKALINE TATTOO REMOVAL

Description

Alkaline removal is a method that uses an alkaline solution to draw permanent makeup ink out of the skin. This process typically resembles tattooing, as the solution is injected into the skin, where it interacts with the ink and helps lift it to the surface for removal.
Sometimes, one session may not be enough to see noticeable results. We will be able to monitor the removal process with you after your skin has fully healed. The success of the removal depends on your aftercare and how recently and deeply the permanent makeup was applied.

Contraindications

1. Inflammation (and/or skin formation) in the area of the areola and nipple
2. Diabetes mellitus (or with the permission of a doctor)
3. Blood clotting disorders
4. Tendency to form keloid scars
5. Allergic reactions
6. Do not drink alcohol 24 hours before the procedure
7. Age 18+

Pre-care instruction

It’s crucial to come to the appointment without any special preparation. Artist consultation is required prior to scheduling an appointment

Care instruction

Important aftercare guidelines:
! Keep the treated area dry until the crust peels off
! Avoid rubbing the treated area
! Refrain from swimming, bathing, sunbathing, or saunas for 14 days after the treatment

Process

The entire procedure lasts approximately one hour. Initially, we’ll discuss your preferences, followed by my recommendations and information on any necessary follow-up treatments.
Your comfort is my top priority. Therefore, I apply a numbing cream before starting the procedure. After a 15−20 minute numbing period.
This process is akin to permanent makeup application; however, instead of pigment, a special remover is used. This skin-safe remover binds to the pigment, drawing it to the surface during the procedure and aiding its removal during healing. You can assess the final result one month post-procedure.
